Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the home items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
